Resource Draft to be shared at National Pastoral Leadership Conference

Resource Draft to be shared at National Pastoral Leadership ConferenceA summary of the present draft of the resource is to be presented at the National Pastoral Leadership Conference this September in Melbourne. It was decided to delay circulation to dioceses, networks and other national bodies until after the conference with the intention of supplementing the list of contacts receiving the full draft through the addition of conference participants. This newsletter will also carry a link to the draft.

In your hands soon!

In your hands soon!In exciting news, the draft form of the national resource is being prepared for circulation to dioceses, networks and other national bodies in the coming month. The next issue of this newsletter will also carry a link to the draft.

Accompanying the draft document will be a shorter summary version. The council believes this may be of use in parish pastoral council settings, and with small groups who may not have time to digest the full document. Also, the summary version will offer a rich design to give a taste of what the full document will look like in its final form.

Hearing Our Voices

Hearing Our VoicesAs the draft national guidelines for lay pastoral ministry take shape, we are very conscious of ensuring they reflect the current context of our pastoral settings.

What are learnings, the reflections and insights you wish to offer? We visualise the final resource containing quotes from lay pastoral ministers along with clergy co-workers and those they encounter in their mission.
